Palawan is the wildest island of the Philippines and provides an amazing flora and fauna. There are many endemics species as Palawan Kangaroo or the Palawan Bearcat.
You decide to discover Langogan area? You can rent a local motobike in the village for the day!
You will find below the different activities that provides Palawan Mangrove Resort. Of course, all the activities could be customized on your demand.
Activities
By 9 am you are welcome on-baord of a local fishing boat and go straight to a protected coral reef where you will enjoy snorkelling. Then, around 11 am you will start fishing with a net (around 3-5 km long) and try to catch flying-fish or other species (maybe will you see Dolphins or Whale Sharks). After this, back to the "Secret Beach" and start to grill the fishes you caught with fried rice, vegetables, fruits and mineral water. After lunch, why not to have a swim in the crystal turquoise sea and then relax until 4 pm.
Visit of the Tanabag Batak Museum (Half day trip)
Enjoy the Museum and have a promenade along the Tanabag River during around 2 hours with a guide until the real Batak village. You will appreciate a refreshing swim into the river.
Waterfall Tour (Daily)
Take a local motorbike until Mangadring (12 km from the resort) and discover the village and its coconut plantation, giant trees and the coffe plantation. Profit to swim in the natural swimming pool that offer the Langogan River.
Then, the second choice is to start a treck to the Mangapin's waterfall (2h30 to go).
You will en joy the natural and refreshing swimm after a picnic in the virgin forest.
The 3 Waterfalls Tour
(Half day trip)
Take a promenade to the "magic" 3 waterfalls. There, you will use a bamboo ferry and discover the virgin forest with all its special fauna & Flora. You could have a swim in natural swimming pool and enjoy the area. The promenade take 2 hours go and 2 hours back.
You can rent a motor boat for some hours to go to the protected coral reef for snorkelling and then ask the capitain to drop you on our "Secret Beach". Say him at what time he is supposed to pick you up to the resort.

Snorkeling trip
Discover of Langogan river (1 hour)
You can use for free a local wood-Kayak and paddle into the virgin forest to observe the birds as King fish or Egret. You will be impress by the flora.
Diving (Half day trip)
You can show your Padi Licence? You want to expermient the magrove river diving or you prefer to dive in the sea?
No problems! Our crazy George diver make your day as a special day! Secure and brand new equipment.

Trecks
We have all kinds of treks here in the area of Langogan and around 12 waterfalls.
1. Do you have young children? No problems! You can enjoy the familiy trek to Sogud with children from 5-6 years old to 10 and cross the river with a local Bamboo-Ferry.
2. Your are beginner or medium trecker? So try the "3 waterfalls" treck (read the paragraph above).
3. Are you an effective mountain trecker?
So, we also could provide you a 4-day trek to Cleaopatra Needle (1'550 m). You will start from the Zulu sea coast and join the Chinese sea in Sabang.
